He married Joan Phyllis Deacon in 1936; and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission records that his wife was from Ash. Joan was Kenneth Deacon's sister, and their mother lived at St Keyne in Ash Street. Kenneth Victor John Deacon was his brother-in-law. |
