Private 8964 “X” Company 2nd Battalion Hampshire Regiment Died 20 May 1915 aged 23 Remembered on the Helles Memorial, Turkey Remembered on Tongham War Memorial Percy was born in Aldershot in 1893, the son of Harry and Emily Brazier. The 1901 census records that the family lived at Spoil Bank, Tongham; and the 1911 census that they lived in Kingston Yard Cottage, Tongham. Percy’s medals card records that he was awarde the 1914/15 Star. The Commonwealth War Graves Commission records that his parents later lived at Liphook. |
