His older brother Richard John Boraman was killed in the Great War. Arthur Boraman married Doris E Pither in 1937. Arthur Albert and Doris Eveline Boraman are recorded as living in 1 Ivy Cottages, Enfield Road in the 1938-1939 electoral registers. Doris is recorded as living at St Elmo in Vale Road in the May 1945 electoral register. She was living at St Elmo when she wrote to Ash Parish Council asking for her husband's name to appear on the War Memorial. |
